Yep! When you book a private event, the arena is yours during your time slot – no other parties, no random walk-ins. Just your group, your music, and our staff running everything for you.

Most of our games are best for ages 7–8 and up, but we host tons of mixed-age groups. Teens and adults can play everything; younger kids can join in on the safer/lighter games. Tell us your ages and we'll build the right lineup.

Our food polices depend on the length of your booking:

1–1.5 Hours: Our shorter "Quick Play" packages are more come play, go eat after, so it doesn't include a food setup.

2–3 Hours: For all 2-3 hour events you get a party/dining area where you can bring in food or use one of our preferred vendors for drop-off catering (no "full service" catering").

4+ Hours: Your can bring in your own food or use one of our preferred vendors for drop-off or full-service catering. You can also work with outside vendors but they must be approved by Wonderfly.

Most events are reserved with a 50% deposit. That holds your date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of for events less than 4 hours and due 28 days in advance for events 4 hours or longer.

Players are the people actually doing the premium games (bubble ball, dodgeball, nerf, hamster ball races, arrow tag, etc).

Spectators are parents, friends, or siblings who are hanging out and watching. All spectators have access to our video games and all free floor games (ping pong, basketball, etc)

No, we do not. Our events are 100% private, so we don't have open drop-in play all day. Check our ticketed events (Open Play, Adult Night, etc.) if you just want to come and play.

All packages include 100% private arena time, access to our signature games, Wonderfly event hosts to run everything, and setup/cleanup help. Party packages also include complimentary supplies (tablecloths, plates, napkins, etc) and space for food and hanging out.

Most 2–3 hour parties can host up to 50 total guests (players + spectators). Bigger events, schools, or mitzvah-style parties can go up to 150 with a full-facility rental.

Yes, there's free parking right at the arena. No circling the block or hunting for a garage. Just park, walk in, start having fun.

Stuff happens! If you need to move your date, let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to get you into a new spot. There's a 25% rescheduling fee within two week, but we always try to work with you.
