Want the awards first and games after? A 10:30 am start? Split shifts so the warehouse crew gets their own? It's your timeline. We build it with you on a 15-minute call.
Smaller team?
For smaller teams, we offer 2–3 hour private buyouts of the entire arena, starting at just $999. Same 13,000 square feet, same dedicated host, same unique games. Just a shorter event and a smaller bill.
Tell us your headcount in the form – we'll send options for both.
Bring any caterer or self-cater. Early setup access is built into your block. Tables, seating, and place settings included.
BYO alcohol. We coordinate a licensed bartender who serves and is billed directly to you. Simple and compliant.
Projection, sound, wireless mic, and TV displays for logos & slideshows. Zoom-in-the-room works too for remote employees.
Free on-site parking is available at both Wonderfly Arena locations.
We have all paperwork ready: COI and W-9 forms available on request, invoicing that plays nice with accounts payable.

Absolutely. A smaller team can book a 2-hour private buyout from $999 with 15 player passes included and $75 per additional player. Weekday and daytime December dates work best for these, and they're often still open when Saturday evenings are gone.
Yep! When you book a private event, the arena is yours during your time slot – no other parties, no random walk-ins. Just your group, your music, and our staff running everything for you.
No. The games are built so anyone can jump in, and spectating is free and genuinely fun. Every package includes lounge space and floor games too.
Yes. Any caterer or self-catering works, and you can supply your own alcohol; we arrange a licensed bartender who serves it and bills you directly.
Yes. Full A/V, sound, and a wireless mic are included, and your timeline is custom. Meeting first, mayhem after is a popular format.
As early as you can. December Saturday evenings go first and were already filling by August this year. Friday evenings hold out longer, and daytime dates (holiday lunches, half-day off-sites) stay open the longest, including on Saturdays.

Yes, there's free parking right at the arena. No circling the block or hunting for a garage. Just park, walk in, start having fun.
Stuff happens! If you need to move your date, let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to get you into a new spot. There's a 25% rescheduling fee within two week, but we always try to work with you.
Three all-inclusive packages, all up to 150 guests with unlimited players: The Celebration at $3,999 for 4 hours, the Premier Celebration at $5,499 for 5 hours (our most booked), and The Showstopper at $6,999 for 6 hours. Prices are before the 10% county admissions tax. A 50% deposit books your date.
