What to expect at wonderfly arena
WHO CAN PLAY?
Ages 5 to Alive!
Wonderfly Arena is designed for groups of all ages and comfort levels – from energetic kids to adults who just want to laugh, cheer, and hang out. Most of our experiences are best for ages 5+, but you definitely don’t need to be an athlete to have a great time here. Our games are easy to learn, and a Wonderfly staff member will guide your group so everyone feels confident and included.
Not everyone has to participate in every activity–and that’s totally okay. If someone in your group would rather spectate, take photos, or cheer on the team, they’ll still be part of the fun. Many guests love watching the action from the sidelines and jumping in when they’re ready.
When to arrive
Checking In and Orientation
To make your reservation run smoothly, plan to arrive right at your scheduled start time. When you check in at the front desk, our team will confirm your group details and help everyone get ready to play.
Waivers (quick tip):
Every participant will need a waiver completed before playing. The fastest way to start on time is to complete waivers online in advance. If anyone still needs to fill one out when they arrive, no worries—we’ll help—but it can slow down your start.
Orientation (what to expect):
Once your group is checked in, a Wonderfly Coordinator will:
- Give a short safety briefing
- Explain the rules and gameplay in a simple, fun way
- Answer questions (especially helpful for first-time guests)
- Walk your group into the play area and get the first game started
What to wear
Clothing & footwear
Wear clothes you can move in – think casual and comfortable. Athletic wear is great, but not required. If you’re coming for a high-energy activity like Bubble Ball or other running games, comfort matters!
Footwear rules (important):
For safety and traction, closed-toe shoes are required for most active games. Please also remove or avoid large jewelry, sharp objects (keys clipped to belts, etc), and anything that could snag or cause injury during play
The following footwear is not allowed on the field at any time: Cleats, bare feet, and sock-only (except when playing Hamster Balls).
If your group isn’t sure what to wear, closed-toe athletic shoes and comfortable clothes are the safest choice for a great experience.

Wonderfly Arena is built for high-energy indoor fun with a variety of interactive games and experiences—so every group can find something they love. If you’re imagining a modern indoor playground for all ages (with better organization and private bookings), you’re in the right place.
Depending on what you book, your experience may include favorites like Bubble Ball, dodgeball-style games, competitive challenges, and other interactive activities that combine movement, teamwork, and laughs. Some games are naturally more competitive; others are more collaborative. Our staff can help shape the energy to match your group—whether you want all-out competition, relaxed play, or a balance of both.
If your group has a mix of ages or preferences, we can rotate activities so everyone gets a turn doing what they enjoy most.

Here’s how we keep the experience safe and welcoming:

- Rules and boundaries are explained before each activity
- Games are adjusted when needed to fit the age, size, and comfort level
- We use high-quality equipment and maintain it regularly
- We encourage guests to play hard, but smart—no one should feel pressured to do anything they’re uncomfortable with.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yep! When you book a private event, the arena is yours during your time slot – no other parties, no random walk-ins. Just your group, your music, and our staff running everything for you.
Most of our games are best for ages 7–8 and up, but we host tons of mixed-age groups. Teens and adults can play everything; younger kids can join in on the safer/lighter games. Tell us your ages and we’ll build the right lineup.
Our food polices depend on the length of your booking:
1–1.5 Hours: Our shorter "Quick Play" packages are more “come play, go eat after,” so it doesn’t include a food setup.
2–3 Hours: For all 2-3 hour events you get a party/dining area where you can bring in food or use one of our preferred vendors for drop-off catering (no "full service" catering").
4+ Hours: Your can bring in your own food or use one of our preferred vendors for drop-off or full-service catering. You can also work with outside vendors but they must be approved by Wonderfly.
Most events are reserved with a 50% deposit. That holds your date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of for events less than 4 hours and due 28 days in advance for events 4 hours or longer.
Players are the people actually doing the premium games (bubble ball, dodgeball, nerf, hamster ball races, arrow tag, etc).
Spectators are parents, friends, or siblings who are hanging out and watching. All spectators have access to our video games and all free floor games (ping pong, basketball, etc)
No, we do not. Our events are 100% private, so we don’t have open drop-in play all day. Check our ticketed events (Open Play, Adult Night, etc.) if you just want to come and play.
All packages include 100% private arena time, access to our signature games, Wonderfly event hosts to run everything, and setup/cleanup help. Party packages also include complimentary supplies (tablecloths, plates, napkins, etc) and space for food and hanging out.
Most 2–3 hour parties can host up to 50 total guests (players + spectators). Bigger events, schools, or mitzvah-style parties can go up to 150 with a full-facility rental.
Yes—there’s free parking right at the arena. No circling the block or hunting for a garage. Just park, walk in, start having fun.
Stuff happens! If you need to move your date, let us know as early as you can and we’ll do our best to get you into a new spot. There's a 25% rescheduling fee within two week, but we always try to work with you.
