Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund or event credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Rental Policies

PARTIES & EVENTS

- 50% due upfront

- Remaining 50% is due the day of the event when checking in. The event will not start until this is paid.

- 100% refunds are offered with 4 weeks notice. This includes the deposit.

- Free rescheduling with 2 weeks notice

- $150 rescheduling fee after 2 weeks

 

FIELD/SPACE RENTALS

 - 100% due upfront

- 100% refund offered with 4 weeks notice

- 50% refund offered with 2 weeks notice

- Free rescheduling with 2 weeks notice

- $150 rescheduling fee after 2 weeks.


Refund Process

Please contact us during or after your event if you are not completely satisfied. Our customer service manager will review your refund request. We can be reached at play@wonderflygames.com. If approved, Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
