Wonderfly Ops Dashboard — End-User License Agreement
Effective date: October 1, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Wonderfly Ops Dashboard (the "App"), an internal operations application owned and operated by Wonderfly Events LLC ("Wonderfly," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the App, or by connecting it to a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Who may use the App. The App is a private, internal tool. It is licensed only to Wonderfly Events LLC and to employees and contractors Wonderfly has expressly authorized. It is not offered, sold or distributed to the public or to any other business.

2. License. Wonderfly grants each authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for Wonderfly's internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or attempt to access the App's source code, or use the App for any other company.

3. Accounts and access. Access requires an account issued by Wonderfly. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Wonderfly may suspend or remove access at any time, for any reason.

4. QuickBooks Online connection. The App connects to Wonderfly's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorization process. Only a Wonderfly administrator may authorize, reconnect or disconnect that connection. The administrator may disconnect the App at any time from within QuickBooks Online or by contacting us. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the App to violate any law, to access data you are not authorized to see, to interfere with the App's operation or security, or to share financial or employee information outside Wonderfly except as your role requires.

6. Data. How the App accesses, stores and protects information, including QuickBooks data, is described in the Wonderfly Ops Dashboard Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

7. Accuracy. The App displays information drawn from QuickBooks Online and other business systems. Figures can be delayed, incomplete or affected by how source data is entered. The App is a management aid; accounting records in QuickBooks Online remain the authoritative source.

8. No warranty. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Wonderfly does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderfly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination. This license ends automatically when your employment or engagement with Wonderfly ends, or when Wonderfly revokes your access. Sections 7 through 12 survive termination.

11. Third parties. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit, and Intuit is not a party to this Agreement.

12. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

13. Changes. Wonderfly may update this Agreement. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted at this page. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
